My dear RCNTians.
Another Rotary year had passed that made our Club, RC Northern Tarlac the best ever in the history of District 3790 under the humble leadership of our able president - Lolita “Lolit” D. Co, a multi-awardee for the just concluded Year End Review 2010-2011 and a Multiple Paul Harris Fellow, 9+1. Of course, we should not forget DG Manny Yu for all his unwavering support and selfless effort that he shared as member of RCNT and as District Governor of D3790. He is truly a great leader. I’m pretty sure that he is very happy for us and for RCNT and for the District as a whole. For your dedicated service and outstanding leadership, DG Manny & Pres. Lolit – you made a big difference!
We welcome RY 2011-2012 with a warm kickoff (July 01, 2011) by inviting some indigent kids from various communities and send them to Jollibee Stores all over District 3790 under the headship of Dr. Digna R. Ragasa, the District Governor for RY 2011-2012. Last July 2, we send 11 delegates headed by none other than pres. Dors and Sec. Dan at the Royale Crown Hotel, Balanga City for the Membership Development Seminar for Area 3 & 4. I would like to extend our gratitude to all the new members and officers who attended said seminar. I hope they enjoyed the fellowship and learned a lot of things from this District event.
In this maiden issue of our Silawan, I am inviting the members & officers of RCNT to share and contribute articles for our weekly bulletin program. I encourage everyone that whatever support accorded to IPP Lolit during her term, let’s also extend the same to our new club president …
Mayor Miguel “Dors” C. Rivilla.
Yours in Rotary,
PP DANILO T. ROJO
Club Secretary
