Fun Run for a Cause

The Municipal Government of Paniqui and the Rotary Clubs of Northern Tarlac and Paniqui, joined forces to sponsor 'FUN RUN FOR A CAUSE' which will be held on January 28, 2012, Saturday, at 7:00 AM.

Compared to the previous Fun Run that had been conducted, the Fun Run this year will only take the 5km distance run. Starting from the Paniqui Public Auditorium passing through the various barangays of this municipality namely, Pob. Norte, Pob. Sur and Estacion.

The said activity does not require registration fee. However, participants are advised to bring with them something that they think could help our less fortunate constituents, like used clothes, shoes, toys, grocery items and the like. Which is, according to Mayor Dors Rivilla, “the main objective of the activity”. He also added “I believe that through this noble undertaking, we will be able to prove that we are united in helping our less fortunate constituents.”

The organizers will also be accepting cash to be used for the same purpose but with disclosure.
