Welcome to the Rotary Club of Northern Tarlac web site. The Rotary Club of Northern Tarlac also known as RCNT is under Rotary International District 3790 Cluster 3A. Its territorial boundaries includes the area of Paniqui, Moncada, Gerona, Anao, Pura and Ramos. It is based in Paniqui Tarlac Philippines, about 140 kilometers north of Manila (the capital city of the Philippines) and 25 kilometers north of Tarlac City (the capital city of the Province of Tarlac).

Members of the Rotary Club of Northern Tarlac meet every Thursday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM for dinner, at the 2nd level of Jowell Building in #1 Coral Paniqui Tarlac. Invited guests and visiting Rotarians are introduced and announcements are made about upcoming Rotary projects being conducted in the community as well as the newly incorporated WIGO (What-is-Going-On) of President Joffrey Vinluan. From this month forward, the meeting shall include a 30 minute conversation with a selected speaker from the local community. These presentations shall enlighten club members about common people’s plight in the community thereby giving the club relevant information on what assistance do the ordinary people in our area needs.

As Club President, the main focus for setting up of this website is for the people to be able to see what our club (RCNT) is about, view pictures of the members; and fun pictures of the club’s activities and meetings, along with list of our upcoming schedules. Visitors of the website may also participate by voting in the current polls which is done monthly. They may also sign in the guestbook and participate in online discussions thru our shout box. So as to enable you to navigate immediately our website, the easy to follow menu was designed based from standard preferences, thus it is very straightforward.

Moving on, as the President for this Rotary Year 2009-2010, I would like to invite you to join us sometime in our weekly meetings. The

Rotary Club of Northern Tarlac is always looking for people who would be interested in meeting new friends, expanding circle of friends and helping the community at the same time, enjoying doing service projects with friends. Anyone interested in joining the Rotary Club of Northern Tarlac or would like to help the less fortunate people (thru the Rotary Club of Northern Tarlac) may just contact President Joffrey Vinluan or Secretary PP Holden Sembrano or any member of the RCNT family.
