June 11, 1978 - Charter Presentation and Induction Ceremonies of the Charter Officer and Directors led by Charter President Rolando "Rolito" D. Llamas held at Del Rosario's Resort, Paniqui, Tarlac.
For the past 31 years, Rotarians with common determination and will to render “SERVICE ABOVE SELF” had steered the Rotary Club of Northen Tarlac into a model organization which always uphold Rotary's tenet - The Four Way Test.
