What's up August?

As we moved on for the month of August, the Rotary calendar for Membership and Extension month gives way for the recruitment of new members and recall members that has been inactive over the years.  As a Rotarian, we are responsible for the club to get going  in the years to come. We are the gear in order for the wheel to rotate and move on 24/7. Indeed, the members are really the club, there would be no club without members.

There are many ways why join rotary. It starts with friendship, secondly, with the opportunity to serve. As we begin our journey in the rotary, we will encounter along the way the good qualities of being a Rotarian. Each of us came to Rotary to serve – and found the joys and satisfactions of friendship and fellowship.

Month of August is also dedicated to Public Relations in Rotary.   A good standing club has a good public image. We keep our numbers and recruit more by extending our service in our community by engaging significant service activities.  Let us reach to be able our club to grow. Let us introduce our club to anyone by word of mouth and in social media tools or any other forms of communications. Bigger numbers means bigger opportunities and capabilities that our club can perform. Small size could not serve even we wanted to.  We should all by means our membership be pleasant and gratifying.

Keep in mind, the achievements of an organization are the results of the combined effort of each individual. Come and join RCNT!
